Kimberly Clark, Esq. DHCDC Secretary

Kimberly Clark is a native Washingtonian who graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995. For the past 25 years she has used her legal acumen to protect the rights of the society's most vulnerable populations: those accused of crime and those living with mental illness. Ms. Clark received her bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 1992 and was a charter member of the Lambda Psi Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated. Ms. Clark grew up in the church and dedicated her life to Christ at the early age of 10. She lives by the words of Micah 6:8 - To do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with her God. Ms. Clark currently lives in Prince George's County, Maryland with her husband and three children.
