Access our Client Portal to submit an application for entry into the RISTORe Program
Create a New Account in the RISTORe Client Portal
Complete the fields on the screen to Create an New Account.
You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions, so make sure you use a valid email address that you can access.
Submit Application for the RISTORe Client Portal
After you successfully create your account, go to the email you entered in the User ID field and follow the directions in the confirmation email to submit your application.
