Dr Paul A. Wells Advisor

Dr. Paul A. Wells is a graduate of the Howard University College of Dentistry - Dental Equipment Specialist Training Program. He is the Founder of P.A. Wells Dental, Fivestar Investment Corp, Pawco Construction Co., C and P Properties, and Wells Enterprises. After retirement in 1987 from Howard University College of Dentistry, he was called into Ministry. He is an Alumnus of Washington Bible College/Capital Bible Seminary and the Jerusalem Center for Biblical Studies in Israel. He also holds a PhD. in Theology from United Faith Seminary and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree. Dr. Wells is founder and pastor of New Revival Kingdom Church (1996) and was ordained a Bishop in 2005.

He is a board member of the Bank of America, The Collective Banking Group, The New Revival Center of Renewal, and New Revival Foundation. Dr. Wells is also Vice President of America Dental Holding Co. and is Chairman of the Board for Jobs Partnership Greater Washington. Dr. Wells is involved in many organizations; he is President and Founder of the New Revival Center of Renewal (the largest ExOffender Re-entry Program in Prince Georges County). He chairs the Community Action Group for Ex-Offender Re-entry for the States Attorney's Office. Dr. Wells is CEO arid Founder of the Ex-Offender Leadership Council, Member Csafe Opportunity Fair Council, a member of Project Safe Neighborhoods; Community Coordinator of the Department of Corrections Community Based Supervision Program; and is a member of the local and regional homeless board for Charles County, MD.

Dr. Wells provides oversight as President of New Revival Center of Renewal for 10 different facilities in Prince Georges County, MD, Charles County, MD and Washington, DC. These facilities provide shelter, emergency, transitional, permanent and supervised permanent housing for returning ex-offenders. New Revival Center of Renewal has provided re-entry services for over 15,000 clients, and provides over 18,000 "Bed Nights" of housing per year. As Chairman of the board of Jobs Partnership Greater Washington, he provides job readiness training in DC jail, DC half-way houses and the Montgomery jail, Prince Georges County and Charles County.

Dr. Wells and New Revival Center of Renewal are partnered with the Department of Corrections, the Division of Parole and Probation, the Department of Health, the Department of Social Services, CSOSA, the States Attorney's Office and many other organizations. He has over 35 years of business, real estate, and financial experience. Dr. Wells has been married for 43 years and is the proud father of three grow daughters and three granddaughters.
